THE BALLARD SINGERS

The Ballard Singers are an experienced three-part choir of twenty ladies coming from Inkberrow, The Lenches, Droitwich, Feckenham area and Redditch.  Margaret Ballard formed the original choir in Inkberrow in 1969 but the membership has changed completely since then.  They perform throughout the year in Worcestershire and neighbouring counties for a variety of functions.  These include weddings and birthdays, church festivals and fund-raising concerts, senior citizens’ groups, charity concerts and Women’s Institutes.
Their repertoire is wide and suits most tastes, including songs from films and shows, folk songs, jazz, sacred music, classical and modern. Apart from choir items there are solos, duets, trios and the chance for audience participation.
